We use EMS International Express Air Freight shipping that offers a tracking number so you will be able to track your package.  If you would like to use any other company eg: DHL (costs extra) let us know and we can arrange. 

Shipping is usually 7-10 working days but may differ depending on your delivery location.  We suggest you track you parcel using https://track.aftership.com/

Please check any import laws & duties for any item to enter your country as this will be the customers responsibility inc any relating costs.  If you are unsure and would like some help, let us know.

Colours are all hand-dyed & shells are all individual pieces so changes from the photos may occur, please allow for slight differences.

Returns can be mailed back if:

1. The goods have been unused and are in as new condition

2. The goods have been purchased no more than 4 weeks prior

3. No returns or exchanges will be offered for goods purchased "on sale" or discounted offer.

4. Refund must be agreed to before the item is mailed back.

5. No refunds will be issued for change of heart.

Once the goods have been received the refund shall be issued for the total price excluding mail costs.
